As of April 7th the river in Augusta is beginning to clear of ice. The latest YouTube video includes 20 odd photos concluding with a couple of photos from this afternoon. River levels remain pretty low for now but I expect that will change dramatically within the next week as the mountain snow pack begins to melt.
